Ready For The Christmas Season Description
This little elf – sitting 15” tall (approximately 18 ½” if standing) - ready for the Christmas season, is dressed in a white knit pullover tucked into a pair of red flannel knickers held up with a black velvet cord. His matching scarf has the requisite jingle bells attached as well as his red and black plaid fleece Santa hat. With a matching, fully lined and hooded plaid jacket hanging from his high back wooden chair (9 ½” tall, 3 ¾ wide as well as deep) he is ready to dash out into the snowy cold to visit Santa's reindeer – the thing he enjoys the most!
This little Bare-Foot Santa Elf is an original, one-of-a-kind Lil Darlin’ – no molds were used in its creation and none made of the original afterwards. Hand sculpted head, hands and feet/legs of polymer clay (ProSculpt) are baked and then painted with acrylic and oil paints to give this little elf a realistic look. His body parts are then attached to a wire armature which has been padded with batting and covered in a knit ‘skin’, allowing for limited posing of this little fella. His little face is finely detailed with laugh and life lines, an open, smiling mouth, along with grey glass eyes and 100% wool hair peeking out from under his Santa hat. His fingernails, as well as toenails, are among the detailed sculpting that can be found in his hands and feet. As with all Lil Darlin’ Bare-Foot Santa Elf’s he is signed and dated for authenticity by the artist, on his back, just under his shirt.

As with all Lil Darlin’ Art Dolls, this is a One-of-A-kind piece. No molds were used in the creation of
Ready For The Christmas Season and none made of the original afterwards.
