Snow Shoeing Fun's Story
A Lil Darlin' Original Art Doll
All bundled up and ready for a bit of snow-shoeing fun, Santa sits for a spell waiting for his little elves to catch up, a smile on his face remembering how he does so love the North Pole. A bit of fresh air always helps Santa to recharge. Working such long hours – though some think Santa has way too much fun in the workshop to think of it truly as work – Santa and his elves need time to get out and play a bit…if Santa doesn’t get some of those elves outside to burn off some of that excess rollicking and frolicking business, last years melt down will seem mild to be sure!

Snow Shoeing Fun Description
All bundled up and ready for a bit of snow-shoeing fun, this Santa (19 ½” tall, standing – 14” seated) will stay plenty warm dressed in a white muslin button up shirt, with red buttons, tucked into a pair of warm, red berber pants. For added warmth this Bare-Foot Santa also wears an oatmeal colored, fully lined and hooded coat held together with a jute twine and tied belt. Oh, he does so enjoy his outings with the little elfs but at his age he needs to take a rest now and then to keep up with them! Seated in his low slung wooden chair (11” tall, 7 ½” long and 5 ½” wide), he enjoys a short rest remembering, with a smile on his face, how he does enjoy life at the North Pole. Santa has plenty of white, wavy, 100% wool hair, beard, mustache and eyebrows, blue glass eyes, a pair of glasses on his nose (at Santa’s age glasses are definitely a necessity) a smiling, open mouth showing his teeth and lets not forget all those laugh and life lines in his sweet little face. And there’s plenty of detail in his expressive hands and little bare feet this Santa is so known for.
This is an original, one-of-a-kind sculpt, created without the use of molds - as are all Lil Darlin Originals - and no molds were made of the original afterwards. After sculpting, baking and painting (using acrylics and oils) his head, hands and feet, they were attached to a wire armature, covered in batting and a knit “skin”, allowing for limited posing.

As with all Lil Darlin’ Art Dolls, this is a One-of-A-kind piece. No molds were used in the creation of
Snow Shoeing Fun and none made of the original afterwards. This piece has been signed, dated, numbered 1 of 1
and comes with a signed Photo Certificate of Authenticity.
