Zack is a 17” preemie reborn baby doll. His ¾ length arms and legs, as well as his head, were created from high quality vinyl. Adding several, very translucent layers of Genesis Heat Set Paints assures no chipping or peeling and gives Zack a truly realistic looking skin tone that makes him easily mistaken for a real baby! This painting method brings out his many details including all his little wrinkles, fingernails and toenails and a rosy hue so many newborns exhibit. His delicate and meticulous veining and eyebrows as well as a bluish hue around the inner corners of his eyes are all natural features of newborns. Zack’s head and limbs are all attached to a very soft, doe suede body, jointed at the shoulders and hips, adding to his realistic feel. His arms and legs have been filled with tiny glass beads and his head and body filled with plastic stuffing beads and polyfil, giving Zack the perfect body weight of a preemie. You will even need to support his little head as it will wobble just like a true newborn. Zack wears a pair of brown pants, a long sleeve blue t-shirt and a striped hat – all in preemie sizes. His ¾ length limbs will also allow for a short sleeve shirt as well, and short pants.
