Ary's Story
A Little Darlin' Original Art Doll
Little Ary is a bit glum today. He has misplaced his knapsack yet again and can't seem to remember just where he could have left it. This sort of thing does happen to him quite often! Ary is such a busy little elf, he's been all throughout Willow Hollow this day (as is his habit most every day!) - stopping and chatting with everyone he sees. Believe it or not he is a very social little elf with friends far and wide (not to mention quite a few of the human kind). Oh, but not to worry for Ary's forgetfulness is so very well known to one and all - his knapsack will be found and returned to him by mornings light - just in time for Ary to, once again, go a-visiting!

Ary's Description
Little Ary is quite the sweetie! At 11” tall, an average height for most of the elves living in Willow Hollows enchanted forest, Ary is one-of-a-kind. His head, hands and feet are sculpted from polymer clay (after all, no molds are ever allowed in whimsical forests!). Ary’s soft, cloth body is firmly stuffed with polyfil, his arms and legs are attached with button joints and his knees and elbows are hand sewn joints - all of which makes Ary quite easy to pose on most any surface! He has somewhat mournful, brown, glass eyes and lifelike fingernails and toenails - and since elves do prefer to run around barefoot (and Ary is no exception!) his cute little toes are always showing. He has a bit of a double chin and quite a bald head that, enchanted forest or not, can become quite chilly, what with all the dashing about Ary does each day, so he is never without a nice warm hat (which can be removed for those warmer days). Today Ary is dressed in his favorite color - Red! His shirt, pants and even his hat are made from soft micro suede and his sash, very trendy among Willow Hollows elves, is a braided mohair blend yarn adorned with wooden beads. Every elf needs his own special place to rest, therefore Ary has his own round, twig stool covered in soft brown leather topped with a lighter brown faux suede, all of which is tied off with twine (it’s Ary’s favorite and sits just outside his tiny dwelling in Willow Hollow). As with all of Willow Hollows inhabitants, Ary is accompanied by a 5 1/2” by 4 1/4” appropriately fashioned, printed, story card depicting a typical (and always original!) day for Ary, along with a small wooden card holder so it can be placed next to him where ever he may currently be resting.

As with all Lil Darlin’ Art Dolls, this is a One-of-A-kind piece. No molds were used in the creation of Ary
and none made of the original afterwards. This piece has been signed, dated, numbered 1 of 1
and comes with a signed Photo Certificate of Authenticity.
