A Lil Darlin' Original Art Doll
Oops! Looks like Quiggles was in a bit of a rush this morning as he quickly, if a bit hastily, donned his little be-jingled elf hat. While most elf’s are ever so vain about their distinctive elfin hat, this particular early morning expedition through the mystical forests of Willow Hollow had Quiggles in such a fluster that he forgot to check the mirror before greeting the day…and his ever important mission. For this particular day is the only day of the year that his favorite flower blooms in the wee hours, with the morning dew still visible on the petals, before disappearing for yet another whole year! At least Quiggles remembered his pants…this year!!

Quiggles Description
Quiggles (11 ½” seated and 14” tall standing) has taken notice of the essential elf jingle bell hanging from his rust colored micro suede hat which he has mistakenly put on backwards this early morning! For his trek thru the Willow Hollow forests Quiggles has dressed quite warmly in a leaf and floral patterned suede jacket buttoned up the front with three rust colored buttons ... and an attached neck scarf is being put to good use too! His warm and rather baggy, dark green micro suede pants are gathered at the ankles – it just wouldn’t do to have little elfs tripping on their pants while darting about the forest floor after-all! For a bit of a rest, Quiggles has chosen to sit on his favorite red wooden chair which measures 9 ¼” tall, 4” deep and 3 ¾” wide. His small rectangular wooden basket (3 ½” tall, 2” deep and 1 ½” wide) is filled with reindeer moss and multi colored silk flowers. Hand sculpted from ProSculpt, a polymer clay, Quiggles head, hands and little bare feet were then baked and painted with acrylics and oils after which they have been attached to a wire armature, padded body with a knit “skin” that is pose-able to a small degree. Quiggles may not be very big but he has plenty of details that can be seen in his rather bemused expression. He has grey glass eyes, plenty of laugh and life lines and a partially open mouth with a protruding little tongue! Of course his hands and feet have not been forgotten and show plenty of detail to include fingernails as well as toenails.

As with all Lil Darlin’ Art Dolls, this is a One-of-A-kind piece. No molds were used in the creation of Quiggles
and none made of the original afterwards. This piece has been signed, dated, numbered 1 of 1
and comes with a signed Photo Certificate of Authenticity.
